Job description

Are you interested in joining a fun, hard-working team in an award-winning non-profit organisation? Do you have strong communication and organisation skills?

We are recruiting a Project Support Officer (initially a fixed term contract to 1 April 2023). We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and a flexible and self-motivated approach. The role includes providing support to the city's community food projects, responding to general enquiries, organising events and administrative support. The post also requires excellent writing skills to draft content for social media, email newsletters and other communications. The post holder will be committed to the work of the Food Partnership and will be supported with regular supervision and training. This is a great opportunity to get varied work experience in a community organisation working to achieve a healthy, sustainable and fair food system.

37.5 hours per week, worked flexibly including occasional evenings and weekends. Starting salary £20,100 per annum increasing to £20,865 after six months.
