Job description

  • To work with the head chef and owner to create weekly seasonal menus based on artisanal techniques.
  • Production of salumi charcuterie and other meat preservation.
  • Pasta and bread making from our micro bakery space.
  • Various larder work including preserving using techniques including smoking fermentation and pickling. 
  • Preparing breakfasts simple suppers and picnics for our house guests.
  • Communication with guests and diners during dinners. 
  • Regular cleaning duties.
