Job description
We're looking for an experienced Chef to help us expand!
Mats Fat Subs is a small but growing business, and we're looking for an experienced Chef to help us expand! Everything is made in house (bread, sauces and everything else!), and we're looking for somebody who is able to work alongside our head chef, doing prep, making bread, and also taking the lead on doing solo days and help out with markets around London.

About Mats Fat Subs
We're a small gourmet sub sandwich business based in London fields. We are working towards zero waste, but we make all the effort to minimise our food waste by reusing off cuts for stock and dog treats. We are also plastic free, and will soon be offering cycle only deliveries.
