About the opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic forestry training team, as the Forestry Training Development Manager. You'll be responsible for the continued success of the Soil Association accredited FSC ® courses and management of the team, as well as the continued development of new courses relevant to the Soil Associations mission for forestry and wider natural capital opportunities.
About you
You will have experience of managing, developing and delivering training programmes, delivered through a variety of mechanisms (in-person, remote through online platforms and online as e-learning). You will be experienced at marketing training provision and providing a high-quality customer training experience. You will deliver results in training organisation, development and delivery using a mix of internal and external resource. You will ideally have experience in forest certification and wider natural capital development, as well as experience of managing accredited training programmes.
