Job description

Do you want to help create a better food system?

Come and take the reins of this exciting, expanding project!

Better Food Traders is a UK-wide retailers’ network that drives change towards sustainability through the food system, making food better for citizens, better for businesses and better for the environment.

Leading on the planning, delivery and expansion of the Better Food Traders project over the next three years to March 2025, you will drive the strategic direction and growth of the network and further build its reputation and influence in the food and farming sector while managing a small, friendly and committed team of staff and freelancers.

We are looking for a leader to recruit new members and help the network grow into a successful and nationally known scheme – increasing the visibility and impact of the sustainable food sector.
