Job description

Are you the right shift supervisor to join our café team?

The Fold Café is designed to showcase the exquisite organic produce we grow by hand right here in Bransford, Worcestershire (between Malvern and Worcester on the A4103). Set in a gorgeous 17th century building, the café serves delicious vegetarian and plant-based meals together with fantastic coffee, local ales and wines, and indulgent cakes. We also cater for events in other parts of the Fold.

We’re looking for an experienced front of house professional to join our friendly team as a Shift Supervisor. You should be experienced in hospitality, customer service, and able to provide leadership to the rest of the front of house team who are working on your shift. The ability to problem-solve with a smile and ensure our customers have a great experience is vital. You should also be a confident barista and be trusted to open and close the café .

The café is open from Tuesday-Sunday 9:00am-4:30pm, with occasional evening events. The Shift Supervisor hours available are flexible, from 16-40 hours/week. Some weekend work will be required. The pay is £10.25/hour.
