We’re the UK’s leading organic certifier – you’ll find our symbol on over 70% of organic products – with schemes ranging from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC©) to COSMOS Organic & Natural to the Global Organic Textile Standard.

About the opportunity

The Forestry team is mainly based in Bristol, UK but has staff and representatives based in Europe too. We are a friendly tight knit team who help each other out and often work across several portfolios. We are responsible for FSC and PEFC certification activities in over 40 countries for both Forestry and Chain of Custody. This means there are loads of challenges, rewards and opportunities. Your work would be mainly engaging with out Forest Management certification holders within the UK, US and Australia. Much of the work is office based but with opportunity for travel under normal circumstances.

About you

We are looking for the following key skills:

  • Knowledge and/or practical experience in the forestry sector
  • Substantial administrative and experience of client/customer management

You will also be:

  • Inquisitive and interested
  • Pragmatic and fair
  • Comfortable with standards and QMS systems
  • Great with people
