Job description

The Community Farm are looking for an experienced finance person to confidently manage their finances. As a small organisation, there's plenty of scope within the Finance Manager role to be part of key decisions and operations from food and farming, to communities and wildlife. 

As Finance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring financial stability and cashflow to fund The Farm’s activities. You need to be confident creating forecasts and supporting the Senior Team to work within their budgets, ensuring the team responds swiftly to changes that impact The Farm’s finances. You’ll be supported by the Finance and Administrative Assistant responsible for processing day to day financial transactions and the Fundraiser leading on grants and donations. As a key member of the Senior Team, you’ll need to be just as happy working with people as you are with numbers!
