Job description
We are seeking a Food Production Manager to join our dynamic early-stage food innovation start-up focused on food waste and sustainability. As a hands-on member of a small, collaborative team, you will not only manage the day-to-day operations of our production kitchen but also actively participate in food production and product creation. The role requires someone who is passionate about food, process improvement, and delivering high-quality products.
The Food Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, optimising production processes, and maintaining quality control while ensuring all work adheres to strict food safety standards.
We are a small team and so are looking for someone who is a hands-on, self starter. Due to our location, you will need your own transport.
