Job description
Origin Coffee is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to cover a 12-month maternity leave, placing you at the heart of our ecommerce and customer service operations. In this vital role, you’ll manage customer inquiries, support direct-to-consumer account operations, and oversee order processing and service metrics, playing a key role in maintaining our high standards. Every interaction you have with our customers will help reinforce the trust they place in Origin. This role calls for strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. We’re seeking someone who embodies our mission and values and can bring these to life in every customer interaction.
