Heckfield Estates is looking for an experienced Cut Flower Grower to join its expanding growing team and support a luxury hotel, Heckfield Place.
Heckfield Place (www.heckfieldplace.com) a Georgian family home now lovingly restored to a five-star hotel and surrounded by 438 acres of secluded Hampshire countryside.
The market garden is set over 5 acres, with a large state-of-the-art propagating glasshouse and five polytunnels , that supply the hotels two restaurants with beautiful, biodynamically grown produce.
Home Farm is looking for an experienced cut flower grower. We are currently growing approximately 1 acre of seasonal flowers including a wide range of annuals from our own home grown plants, many bulbs and perennials such as roses, lilies and peonies. All the flowers we grow supply the hotel throughout the year with 1000’s of stems each week. We are hoping to expand and be able to sell to florists and other outlets in London and locally.
We are looking for someone with some experience of growing flowers professionally. Someone with a genuine passion for flowers and their beauty and is dedicated to ensuring the flowers are the best they can be.

There is a young orchard, with more than 500 apple, pear and stoned fruit trees, which is home to our bees and organic chickens. The market garden certified organic and currently in Year 3 conversion to full biodynamic certification.
