Job description

Do you want to help create a better food system? Then come and be an instrumental part of our organisation!

Growing Communities is looking for an organised, practical and adaptable office manager to provide a strong foundation for our central processes and physical office space. This is a great role for you if you live nearby and would like to work short days in our friendly and interesting team, leaving lots of time for whatever else you have going on in life. Exact hours can be agreed to suit you.

The position is fixed term for 10 months, as part of a maternity cover arrangement, with potential extension to 12 months (dependent on maternity cover needs).

Job Details

• 13 hours a week (spread over 3 or 4 days, with working hours between 9.30am and 5.30pm) 
• £14.75 an hour / £28,758 a year pro-rata (£8308 for 10-month contract) 
• 5% contributory pension available 
• 33 days annual leave (pro-rata)
