Job description

**Please note - this is a Kickstart role, and all applications will need to be referred through DWP. **

The Kickstart scheme is specifically designed for those aged between 16 and 24, who are currently claiming Universal Credit, and may be at risk of long-term unemployment.

It’s being run by the DWP, so your local Jobcentre will be able to run you through the specific criteria, and help you find out whether or not you’re eligible.

We're looking for a Brand and Marketing Assistant to join our team at GrowUp Farms on a 6 month Kickstart Placement.

The Brand and Marketing Assistant will work with the Head of Brand and Strategy to support sales, marketing and PR activities across the business. This includes working across traditional and digital marketing channels and researching relevant marketing and PR opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the company Press Kit and keeping it up to date
  • Supporting the delivery of the PR and comms plan
  • Supporting the commercial director with account administration
  • Supporting the delivery and implementation of the company marketing strategy
  • Monitoring social media and email accounts to respond to incoming enquiries and questions
