We are looking to recruit a full-time ‘Sourdough Baker’ to take on a dynamic position based at our bakehouse & cafe in Faversham, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to become a valued and integral part of the Wild Bread team. The right person will have the potential to learn new skills quickly while also applying their own knowledge, creativity and passion to all aspects of sourdough baking. After an initial training period the aim is to take on increasing levels of responsibility and to be involved in developing and shaping the role.
The right person for the job will have a strong passion for baking Real bread and will demonstrate the following qualities:
