We are looking for a dynamic candidate to supervise the running of our e-commerce packing department and be a part of our tight-knit retail team. An ideal candidate will be organised, innovative, strategy driven and, most importantly, a people person with a genuine passion for good food. Crucially, they will have a clear idea of what it takes to run an engaging and efficient e-commerce platform within the food industry.
Experience in IT & driving online sales is a huge plus, as is social media savvy, French speaking ability and a full, clean driving licence.
A typical week will see a minimum of 4 days, split between the online department at our Bermondsey arches and one of our retail sites in Brockley, Borough Market or East Dulwich. The number of shifts spent with the online department will increase across our busiest weeks of the year, notably the festive season. Weekend availablity is essential.
We believe experience behind the cheese counter is the best way to appreciate the cheeses we work with; on a daily basis you will get the opportunity to taste and learn about them.

The British arm of Mons cheeses began business in 2006. We import traditionally made cheeses from France & Switzerland, ripened in the cellars at St Haon le Chatel and also a small selection of British cheeses and locally sourced accompaniments.
