Job description

The Ox Barn, a nineteenth-century former oxen house is now our magnificent restaurant, set in the heart of Thyme, in the Cotswolds. Impressive and atmospheric, the Ox Barn is led by the seasons with fresh produce from our gardens and farm.

We are looking for a chef de partie to join the busy team. As CDP you will work alongside the kitchen team in all sections, learning and developing your skills in all areas. It is a great role for someone with some experience but who wants to grow their talents in a state of the art kitchen within a leading hotel.

Skills

  • Interest in seasonal food
  • Some kitchen experience would be beneficial, but enthusiastic and a hard worker is more important
  • organised, punctual and well presented

We are set in a rural location, so your own transport is essential.
