Job description

Do you want to help create a better food system? Come and take the reins of this exciting, expanding project!

Better Food Traders (BFT) is a traders network, set up by Growing Communities, that drives change towards sustainability through the food system, making food better for consumers, better for businesses and better for the environment.

With recently acquired funding from Esmée Fairbairn, this role will lead the BFT network through a development phase of three years, from project inception to becoming a robust and nationally known scheme.

We are looking for a confident, dynamic leader to drive the network forward, recruit new members and help it grow into a successful and nationally known scheme – increasing the visibility and impact of the sustainable food sector.
