Job description

First Steps Nutrition Trust is recruiting a part-time administrator (0.4 FTE but additional hours may be available) for the charity to manage and develop the administration, communications and resources. The administrator will play a key role in managing the day to day running of the organisation. The role requires someone who can work independently and show initiative and innovation.

Some of the key administrative functions support is needed with include:

  • Managing the SAGE payroll system
  • Keeping accounts spreadsheets up to date
  • Trustee support and meeting planning
  • Charitable administration
  • Mailings and database management
  • Conference and event planning
  • Organising staff travel and accommodation
  • Document formatting and other project support
  • Communications support
