About the opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Processor Team. This role will be specifically working within the cosmetics sector and will see you working with businesses right across the supply chain from manufacturing, wholesaling and retail, as well as various brands. You will be handling all aspects of organic certification for a portfolio of health & beauty businesses with a diverse range of activities. This will see you managing the ongoing organic certification of these accounts as well as account management, so you will need to be able demonstrate technical understanding of the cosmetics industry and organic standards, as well as be able to build and maintain relationships.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be educated to degree level, or have equivalent experience in the cosmetics industry or a chemistry based role, be an excellent relationship builder, highly organised and have an awareness of the commercial demands on cosmetics businesses. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy, a confident approach to service delivery and the ability to provide solutions within tight deadlines are essential. We are looking for you to demonstrate an ability to manage your own workload and to show excellent customer service skills on the phone and face to face.
