Job description

Square Mile Farms is on a mission to reconnect people with food. We put hydroponic growing systems in to urban areas, such as corporate offices, co working spaces and apartment buildings, so people can grow and consume their own zero miles, ultra fresh salad greens and herbs where they live and work. We are growing quickly and need help managing our clients and their communities. This is an exciting opportunity to join an environmentally conscious start up and bring a unique experience to some fantastic brands.

Responsibilities:

• Be the main relationship holder for day-to-day management of our clients, their farms and their community (for your assigned accounts)
• Work with a wide range of exciting companies like Vodafone, Mindful Chef, Fora and HSBC
• Onboard new clients, share with them key content and marketing material to kick off and promote their farm experience 
• Supporting occasionally with client harvests in-person. You’ll be expected to attend harvests and other events on client sites and be the lead in demonstrating the SMF brand
• Work closely with your client stakeholder to understand their business and identify opportunities to engage the community (E.g. tying in to their annual events programme or ESG strategy) 
• Similarly, grow the revenue of your accounts through upselling a bigger farm, new sites or events.
• Potentially work with external partnership brands to enhance the client experience
• Work closely with the Marketing team to put together engaging content and materials

• A strong and mindful communicator 
• Professionalism - someone who can represent the business well with client stakeholders at all levels
• Commercially/entrepreneurially minded 
• Previous experience in account/relationship management, community management, events
• Passionate about one or more of the following:  improving the food system, hydroponic farming, sustainability, nature etc
• Business fluent in English
