About the job

Natoora is looking for an enthusiastic and analytical National Account Executive to join our Commercial team. You will be joining at an exciting time when you can support our Key Accounts Team in delivering our growth strategy for 2023 and beyond. You will get to work on large accounts such as Ocado, Waitrose, Whole Foods and GAIL’s, getting to grips with product and competitor data to identify opportunities and threats and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities. You will join a growing team with plenty of opportunities to expand your responsibilities and skills as you grow with us.

Responsibilities 

  • Analyse a wide range of data sets using your own initiative and under the direction of the National Account Manager including
    • Analysis of promotional and marketing performance
    • Market share analysis
    • Reviewing loyalty rates
    • High level sales analysis
  • Perform daily checks to optimise sales performance
  • Review operational KPIs with our production team
  • Review fulfillment KPIs with our buying team
  • Ensure non-conformities are handled effectively and efficiently
  • Provide support with the management of Ocado, Waitrose and GAIL’s
  • Manage the account of Whole Foods
  • Provide support on projects such as improving our packaging

Requirements

  • An analytical mindset
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with Tableau, an analytical tool is preferred
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in an agile, flexible working context
  • Have creative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen
  • Strong learning agility
  • Demonstrate a passion for food, fresh produce and for our ethos
