Koya is an all-day Japanese udon restaurant with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal produce. It first opened in Soho in 2010 and now has two more branches in the City and Hackney. Our branch in the City has been our hub for noodle making for the last 5 years and it is from there that our fresh noodles are shipped by bike daily to Soho and Hackney. In the coming weeks we are moving to our brand new arch in London Fields.
We are currently looking for another member of staff to join our noodle production team as we grow and move into our new home. Come and join us and learn how to make authentic Japanese udon noodles with our experienced team. Regular staff outings also provide an opportunity to learn new skills beyond the day to day.
No prior experience necessary but we are looking for early risers who are enthusiastic and reliable and who can play a role in our growing company as we look to explore new markets.
