Job description
We are a regenerative family farming business in North Kent (www.courtfarmbutchers.com) of about 850 acres with a farm shop selling our home produced PFLA certified beef and lamb, milling and biscuit wheat, linseed and feed beans. I'm seeking a livestock share farmer who can continue to supply Pasture for Life beef and sheep to the farm shop and develop other markets locally. This is a career opportunity to build both an asset base with the share farmed livestock, take on arable tasks and help with the other diversified business's on the farm. There is a 2 bedroom oast house conversion available as part of the overall package.

About Peter Lingham & Partners
Family farming partnership in N Kent near Rochester. We are Pasture for Life (PFLA) certified producers and retailers with on farm butchery and shop. We also grow arable crops that are grown to regen ag principles. We have grown some Wakelyns YQ wheat for the first time this year which we hope to turn into flour. We are also just about to plant some heritage wheat for next year's harvest.
