Unity Works is a charity that supports people with a learning disability to gain skills, qualifications and jobs.
Our delivery includes business to business social enterprises, supported employment contracts and complimentary skills and learning provision.
Located in West Hampstead, Mill Lane Garden Centre is one of our social enterprises. As well as providing a wide range of plants, seeds, gardening equipment and seasonal gifts, the site also provides therapeutic and vocational training for people with a learning disability
About The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in running our West Hampstead based social enterprise garden centre. This is an opportunity to combine your horticultural background with working alongside a team dedicated to providing horticultural training to people with a learning disability. Alongside assisting in the running of the garden centre you’ll be able to provide exceptional support to trainees accessing the centre.
