We are looking for a full time sourdough baker to join our team. At least One year experience needed in a sourdough bakery. No night shifts. 37-42 hour weeks with 1-2 max bake shifts per week, starting earliest 4am. Based in Whitstable, Kent. Head baker/ director Adam Pagor. Come join our dynamic and driven team. Family run independent business.

About Grain and Hearth
We are a family owned small independent business, which started as a home bard bakery and moved into our premises in 2019. We specialise in sourdough breads and viennoiserie. We produce everything at our Whitstable location for sale in our Whitstable and faversham shops. We use organic and local Kent ingredients where possible We don’t do night shifts and the week is a 37-42 hour week.
