Job description

The role:

  • Mixing, shaping, proving, and baking of various artisan bread and products to an extremely high standard.
  • Maintaining a clean environment and meeting and exceeding all Health and Safety regulations.
  • Experience would be good, however, full training will be given to the right person.

The perfect candidate for this role would be someone:

  • Who is methodical and have good organisational skills, works to a high standard under pressure, energetic, accurate, attention to detail is key with a can-do attitude.
  • Has the ability to work in a small team.
  • Focused on maintaining excellent standards of personal, food and kitchen hygiene.
  • Is proficient to work unsupervised and be confident communicator.
  • Who is flexible regarding overtime in busy periods.
  • Who has their own transport, as the bakery is at a remote location with no public transport.
