Job description

Flourish Flower Grower

We are on the hunt for a professional grower to take our Flower Enterprise to the next level for 2024.

This is ideally a full-time role, however for the right candidate it might be possible to complete all elements of the job on a part time basis depending on your experience. The job can come with accommodation on site for those that need it.

We are a regenerative farm in Cambridgeshire that has been growing flowers for the last 5 years alongside vegetables, herbs, garnishes, fruit and heritage grains. For 2024 our cut flower output will be dramatically increasing and we are looking someone who can lead that growth. It is worth noting that we are in the process of becoming biodynamically certified.

We are looking for someone with agricultural experience who is passionate about the production of top grade flowers rather than gardeners.

Our market is top florists and wholesale. Efficiency and quality are of upmost importance for our operation.

We already have a fantastic team who look after the more “creative” sides of the enterprise for this role will be focused on growing, maintenance, harvesting and grading as well as some administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who will want to evolve with the farm over time rather than someone who wants to come for one season, this is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to bring together growing and businesses skills.
