Job description

About Natoora

We are a fast-growing company with a clear mission: to revolutionise the food system.

With hubs in London, Paris, Milan, New York, Los Angeles, Melbourne and Copenhagen, we’re creating access to consciously-produced and grown food at a scale unparalleled by anyone else in the industry. Since 2004, we have been building a unique supply chain that connects chefs and home cooks alike to an ever-growing community of independent growers, co-operatives and producers.

From the way food is grown, reared and produced to how it gets into kitchens, we’re breaking down barriers built up by the industrial system and sparking a grassroots movement for a better future of food. This is your chance to be a part of it.

This is a new role and therefore, your opportunity to add value to our current recruitment strategy with the main focus on talent sourcing.

You will have the opportunity to positively impact our growth by identifying and engaging talent in a creative way, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we expand globally.

We believe people and human relationships are the most important part of our supply chain.

A successful Talent Sourcer will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for people, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think laterally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating a talent sourcing strategy by deeply understanding our mission, culture and key competencies.
  • Working closely with our Brand team to enhance our employer's brand and to join them on relevant events.
  • Building up relationships with related organizations, potential candidates and trusted referees.
  • Improving our current global talent acquisition process and ensuring candidates are being assessed in a quality-driven way.
  • Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a proactive approach to candidates' search.
  • Support Hiring Managers during the recruitment process when needed including all seniority levels and train them on interviewing skills.
  • Organize assessment centres and group interviews when needed including all seniority levels.
  • Gathering and presenting data on candidates’ process experience and retention levels and proposing actions to improve results.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have 1+ years of experience hiring top talent in fast-paced environments.
  • You have a successful track record of identifying, engaging and closing passive candidates.
  • You have an understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those passive candidates.
  • You are familiar with up-to-date interviewing techniques.
  • You take initiative and continuously search for ways to improve the quality of your work.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
  • Since we operate in Paris, French skills will be valued but not essential.

PERKS

  • Lunch made with the same seasonal produce we supply to chefs
  • Natoora produce at a significant discount
  • Your birthday off (once you've hit the 6 month mark)
  • Kitchen stocked from our own growers and producers - including Estate Dairy milk and butter, jam from England Preserves as well as coffee from our Spa Terminus neighbours Monmouth

Our vision for a better food system is built on real human relationships and a diversity of experience, perspective and ideas. We are committed to equality of opportunity and welcome applications from individuals, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion and/or belief.
