Position Overview

Forrist is seeking a Sales and Business Development Enthusiast to join our small yet ambitious team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a performance-oriented environment and is eager to collaborate across various B2B channels, from attracting new retailers to expanding our corporate offerings like office pantry solutions and corporate hampers.

The ideal candidate is an independent self-employed salesperson with demonstrable experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive online customer sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain brand integrity across all customer communications and visuals.
  • Identify and onboard new retail partners, ensuring alignment with our brand values.
  • Collaborate on outreach initiatives in both B2C and B2B segments.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven mindset.
  • Uphold the Forrist brand experience, visuals, communications, and mission in all interactions.
  • Play a pivotal role in expanding our corporate partnerships, including office pantry solutions and corporate hampers.

Personal Skills

  • Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally in the e-commerce and/or sustainability sector.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
