Job description
Head baker, catering to our site. We do tend to focus on wholesale however next year will be catering to another two additional units we will be opening. Opportunity to work closely with kitchen team within the restaurant. This is a creative role where you will have the opportunity to shape our offerings.
Organisation, lamination and sourdough knowledge essential.

About Outlier
A soon-to-be 130 cover restaurant / cafe / bakery (and gallery space) located within Glasgow, G1. As we look to expand to develop an additional 80-90 covers with the addition of our evening service and wine bar we are looking to expand our team. 2024-2025 additionally sees a dining garden added and development starting on our 10 acres of farm land.
