The main purpose of this role is to lead and deliver gleaning activities with groups of volunteers on farms in and around Bath & North East Somerset, to develop relationships with new local growers and food projects and to recruit new volunteers. The ideal candidate would be based in the Bath area or have proven connections with local farms and food projects in this area, passionate about food justice, farming, people and communities.

About Avon Gleaning Network
We work with farms around Avon and Somerset to harvest and collect surplus produce thanks to the help of our amazing volunteers and redistribute the produce to charitable food projects that are supporting people experiencing food insecurity.
