Job description

Are you interested in joining a fun, hard-working team in an award-winning, non-profit organisation? Are you excited about the positive impact community food & nature-based projects have and want to help them in their work?

We are recruiting a Project Manager (on a maternity cover basis, expected to run until March 2025). We are looking for someone who has strong project and people management skills. The post will manage three existing members of staff and oversee our networks of community projects, particularly the Green Wellbeing Alliance and the Emergency Food Network. The post will also lead on funder reports & project management for our outdoor work & community gardens (including the Changing Chalk project).

You will need to have previous experience of managing staff, strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and a flexible and self-motivated approach. The post holder will be committed to the work of the Food Partnership and will be supported with regular supervision and training. We offer flexible working arrangements.
