Job description

Are you an experienced baker with a reverence for the art of transforming pure ingredients into masterpieces? Would you like to bake for the finest food outlets of Lincolnshire and help us make real bread accessible to everyone?

If so, then reach out, or pass on to someone you know.

In this role, you'll be:

  • Working in an authentic artisan bakery that never uses an additive of any kind. Only time honoured methods, real ingredients and skilled hands.
  • Producing baked goods ranging from classics like The Sourdough, French Baguette, Focaccias, to innovations like The Milk Bun and Kouign Amann.
  • Part of a close-knit team that are turning the local bakery market on its head. Working with two legends of the baking world, original Sourdough Slingers and all round good guys
  • Working night hours, with some morning available, alongside other experienced artisans. A shift could see you shaping, mixing, baking, finishing, packing, prepping etc
