Job description

About us: Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it. The Café from Crisis in Oxford is a thriving social enterprise. Our training programme offers opportunities to learn crafts in the kitchen or on the front of house with our baristas, and changes lives through building professional relationships and boosting confidence. We are a core team of six that need regular help. We work Monday to Saturday and are open 8-4pm. Especially during our busy periods later in the week we need helping hands. We often serve over one hundret breakfasts over our peak time. 

About the role: to be successful in the role you will have heaps of energy and have some basic understand of a cafe service. You can slot into a team and help out whereever needed. Runnig food and doing dishes will be a big part of the role. Your postive attidute and calm ways of working will contribute to our learning envirment and will make a cafe service an enjoyable experience for our trainees. We're looking for you to start as soon as possible.
