Job description

We’re looking for an organised, practical and adaptable Office Manager to provide a strong foundation for our central processes and physical office space. This is a great role for you if you live locally and would like to work in our friendly and interesting team, leaving lots of time for whatever else you have going on in life. Exact hours can be agreed to suit you. The position is fixed term for 12 months, as part of a maternity cover arrangement, with potential for extension subject to budget. 

  • 3 or 3.5 days per week (22.5 - 30 hours per week) over 3 or 4 days as agreed between 9.30-5.30pm, to include Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 
  • £17.09 an hour (£33,322.05 a year pro-rata)  
  • 5% contributory pension available. 
  • 33 days annual leave (pro-rata)
