Job description
The job involves the preparation and baking of pies and other hand-made pastry products. We make all our pastry and fillings from scratch with a focus on locally-sourced meat and seasonal game.
Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience in the industry. You must be passionate about making products to the highest standard, and be able to follow strict hygeine rules.
We are looking for someone to work between 20 and 30 hours a week. We are based just outside of Edinburgh near the village of Roslin. We are on the 15, 37 and 47 bus route.

About Pie Dolly ltd
We're an artisan bakery, specialising in pies, sausage rolls, & quiche. All our pastry is hand-made, using locally milled flour. We source our meat direct from local farms, and we pride ourselves in our seasonal game recipes. We supply pies to Edinburgh delicatessens & cafes, and sell direct to customers at farmers markets.
