About us:
We’re an independent award-winning artisan bakery that uses traditional baking methods and techniques to produce a range of high end sourdough breads, viennoiserie and more.
Based in the heart of Kent we pride ourselves in making everything from scratch using some of the best natural, locally sourced (where possible!) ingredients we can find.
Job requirements:
A passionate, reliable skilled baker who can hit the ground running.
You’ll need at least two year’s professional experience in mixing and shaping sourdough bread, be proficient in looking after sourdough starters and oven work, and have a wealth of pastry skills to produce croissants, cruffins, cardamom buns, cinnamon buns – to name a few!

The opportunity to work with a friendly team of real foodies using fantastic ingredients in our open plan bakery plus:
Full time permanent role (part time also considered), working 8 hour shifts Tuesday to Saturday typically starting at 5am salary dependent on experience.
