Job description
Wild Is Earth Kombucha is looking for a mixologist/cocktail artist with bar experience interested in working in an organisation involved in all things fermentated and fungi for its monthly dinner events catering for up to 20 people. Food dishes will involve fermentation at its heart, experiementing with all things fermented and fungi, and this extends to including kombucha and fungi in its cocktails and bar menu. Garnished with a taste of nature.
Wild Is Earth Kombucha microbrewery is based in Kentish Town, London and was officially launched on 25th May 2024 with the aim to also act as a creative, cultural and educational platform. This position is a casual hours agreement at £12 p/h depending on experience and with possibility for growth.
Hoping for someone who is able to confidently experiment with new ideas and tastes and have fun creating a unique cocktail bar menu.
