Job description

The Fold is a truly unique place to connect with the land and with the wider community as Head Grower. We have a lovely 4 acre organic community farm feeding 60 families through our CSA, but that's not all. Our onsite cafe turns the beautiful produce into delicious farm-to-fork meals, and many people also buy our veg at our popular honesty shop The Veg Shed. The Fold has many other activities too, including artisan studios, a plant centre, therapy centre, a wide range of health and wellbeing courses plus loads of nature trails where we love and chrish the natural world.

We now need a Head Grower to lead and manage the community farm to make our friendly team complete. Full role details are on our website.

Salary is £27,000 permanent full time, with holidays, pension contributions and profit share.

We will consider a job share. A variety of onsite accommodation is available too.

Application deadline is Thursday 13 February, but we will offer the job sooner if the right person comes along.
