Job description
The Board of Trustees is actively seeking a Trustee to oversee, shape, and uphold our Human Resources and Equality & Diversity work. We are looking for an experienced professional to guide the Board over the coming years, building on our past efforts and ensuring best practices are maintained.

We are seeking a skilled professional with a minimum of two years’ experience in Human Resources and/or Equality & Diversity.

Your expertise will help ensure that our governance, policies, and practices reflect our values of inclusion, fairness, and sustainability. By guiding our HR processes, staff appraisals, and best practices, you will help create a supportive and effective environment that enables both our team and our mission to thrive.
