We are seeking an experienced and passionate baker to work alongside our small but dedicated team, crafting exceptional bread using heritage grains and freshly milled flour. We mill our own grains on-site in Hackney, working with freshly milled flour from our own Fellows Farm and nearby farms in Suffolk. This hands-on connection to our ingredients is central to what we do, and attention to detail and communication with our millers are key to success.
