Job description
Regenerative Market Garden Training Hub in Berkshire - funded & part-funded training programmes for new entrant growers, farmers & landowners setting up and managing regenerative market gardens and food growing systems in a profitable way, certified by LANTRA.
Demonstration site includes:
From half a day to 6 week programmes including ongoing support and access to land.
Who is it for?
Landowners & Growers who wish to grow food for income.
We have already trained 40+ new growers and would like to double that in the next 12 months - there are multiple opportunities for growers as food security becomes more important.
Marginalised communities welcomed including BIPOC, Queer, Neuro-divergent learners and anyone who doesn't feel supported by the mainstream educational system.
We are non-profit - any of our earnings after fair wages are paid go back into improving our training facilities.
