Job description

Join the Pasture for Life team and help grow a thriving, regenerative farming community in North Wales.

We're looking for a knowledgeable and proactive farm advisor to work directly with livestock farmers in North Wales. In partnership with North Wales Wildlife Trust, this part-time role offers a rare opportunity to support the transition to nature-friendly farming and develop resilient local supply chains.

You'll provide practical on-farm advice, help deliver animal health, soil, and biodiversity assessments, and lead inspiring training and demonstration events. 

If you're passionate about regenerative agriculture, have strong ecological and agricultural knowledge, and want to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

📍 Location: Home-based in North Wales with regular travel (office space available in Bangor or Mold)

🕒 Hours: 3 days per week

📅 Contract: Fixed-term for 2 years

💰 Salary: £30,000–£35,000 FTE
