Job description

Are you ready to launch something incredible in the heart of Catford?

GCDA is looking for a passionate, experienced, dynamic, and community-driven Manager to open our brand-new social club. 

This is more than just running a bar — it’s about building a space that fosters community cohesion and engagement, as well as economic success.

As the founding Manager, you will work closely with GCDA’s existing team to shape the systems, the team, and the programme — from pulling pints and booking pop-ups, to forging local partnerships and ensuring everyone is welcome.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders.
• With a knowledge of creating inclusive, welcoming spaces
• Has a good knowledge of Southeast London

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of an exciting new social club and pub in the heart of Catford - a vibrant community hub blending first class hospitality and customer service with social impact. As a new opening, this is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up, shape the culture, help embed sustainability and inclusivity at every level and with plenty of potential for growth and development.  You will be well supported by a strong core team.
