Stroud Community Agriculture is recruiting!

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced grower who is committed to agroecological food systems to join our team as a Co Head Grower. In addition to ensuring that we are able to provide our members with the best possible share of delicious organic vegetables for 52 weeks of the year, you will be part of a team who collectively oversee the running of the farm. This role will take overall responsibility for our field-scale growing.

Stroud Community Agriculture (SCA) is an organic and biodynamic community-supported agriculture farm (CSA) close to the town of Stroud , Gloucestershire. We feed 300 households who purchase vegetable shares ranging from half shares to double shares. SCA has been feeding the local community for more than 20 years, making it one of the longest standing CSAs in the country.
