Belmont Estate is looking for someone to assist with the coordination and delivery of Belmont events and associated business development. This role is pivotal to the delivery of a wide ranging events calendar, providing support to the Business Development and Events director, helping drive sales, inspire lives and bringing a passion for food, drink and sustainability while sharing your knowledge and promoting our brand, causes and business in accordance with our values.
This is a full-time role based in beautiful offices and grounds located south of Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:
As Events Coordinator you will Coordinate and assist in the development of the events offering, including management of the events calendar, and events costings.
You will have overall responsibility for dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone, email and face to face to maintain effective communication with guests from initial enquiry through to the event itself.
You will use your networking skills to seek out and build connections, providing product and service knowledge to guests with intent to generate leads.
You will be responsible for CRM management / upkeep of client database alongside supplier and contractor management.
You will have the operational responsibility for the logistics, booking, transport and suppliers relating to the delivery of estate events and functions.
You will have the ability to dress the venue (site / room), organise merchandise/collateral and welcome guests. Post-event, ensure clear down of venue, thank guests for attending, ask for feedback, follow up on any leads or queries.
You will work in collaboration with Marketing on event content (copy/adverts) for publicising events (social media, web and email) and post-event brand posts, including quotes. During events you will take or orchestrate photographs to support the marketing strategy.
You will analyse and report customer feedback to continuously develop a tailored and market focused product.
You will be responsible for the management of temporary/seasonal event staff.
You will provide general administrative assistance relating to event management to the BDE Director.
The successful candidate will have:
Ideally have experience of working in a privately owned organisation of similar scale
