Job description

Founded in 2019 we are a small independent bakery that is growing rapidly. We are a dedicated, passionate team working in a friendly, collaborative environment.

We are seeking a skilled, professional baker who has drive and enthusiasm to join our team. You will be responsible for the production and baking of breads from our ranges and baking other products. 

About the job:

• £14 per hour experience depending
• Baking/preparation Wednesday - Sunday

Responsible for:

• Mixing, scaling, shaping and baking bread
• Ensuring all products are made to set quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness of area and equipment
• Stock control

About you:

• A minimum of two years experience baking in a professional setting
• A good knowledge of dough preparation procedures and techniques
• Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
• Proficient in working unsupervised 
• The highest standards of food safety, food hygiene and team safety 
• Good organisational skills 
• The ability to multitask and plan
• Excellent interpersonal skills
