Job description

Every January (and this year 7-9th January), Oxford Real Farming Conference unites farmers, growers, activists, policy experts, Indigenous leaders, and many more for two days of cultivating connections, community, and food and farming systems change. The conference provides a unique opportunity to forge connections with allies, exchange knowledge, and collaborate to build a just food system for all. If you're passionate about agroecology, food sovereignty, and food systems transformation, volunteering at ORFC can offer:

  • Hands-on experience at the UK's largest real food and farming conference
  • The opportunity to support a movement that's transforming our food system
  • Skills development and connection-making within the real food and farming community
