Sales & Market Stall Assistant – London Markets

Part-time roles available – must be available weekends

Location: Borough Market and other London farmers markets

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic and dependable to help us sell our fresh produce, juice, and fine foods at our market stalls and in our shop. You’ll be part of a small, committed team that’s passionate about seasonal food and building real relationships with our customers.

This isn’t just a sales job – it’s about sharing great food with people who care about where it comes from.

About the Role

You’ll be working across our London market stalls and farm shop. For the right person, there’s the opportunity to lead one of our farmers markets independently, taking ownership of the setup, customer experience, and sales on the day.

You’ll be:

• Setting up and packing down the market stall
• Engaging customers and building strong, loyal relationships
• Confidently selling produce and telling the stories behind it
• Handling stock and payments (cash/card) accurately
• Keeping displays clean, fresh, and inviting
• Supporting the rest of the team with energy and initiative

✔️ Excited to learn – about food, produce, cooking, and customer service

✔️ Physically capable – happy to lift crates and stand for several hours

✔️ Good communicator and team player

Bonus points if you have:

✨ Experience in retail, hospitality, or food markets

✨ Knowledge (or a strong interest) in seasonal vegetables, food prep, or sustainable farming

✨ A full driving licence (not essential, but helpful)
