Job description

About us: Kaffee is an Austrian-inspired neighbourhood coffee spot inside a beautiful old cemetery in Putney. We at Kaffee are passionate about quality, community, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome — from our regulars to first-time visitors.

The role: We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team full-time. You’ll be part of a small, supportive crew that takes pride in what we do.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare consistently excellent coffee and other beverages
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
• Keep the bar and café area clean, organised, and inviting
• Support daily café operations including opening and closing duties
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

What we’re looking for:

• Previous barista experience in a specialty coffee environment 
• A genuine passion for coffee and people
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
